Reservation Policy:

• Reservations must be secured with a valid credit card.
• Full payment is expected upon arrival.
• Check in is between 5 p.m and 9 p.m. (Self check-in is arranged for late arrivals.)
• Check out is 10:00 a.m. please, and no later.
• A 3.5% processing fee is charged for payment with a credit card.

Cancellation Policy:

• Your credit card will be charged the full amount if you fail to show up.
• Your credit card will be charged 50% of the full amount if you give cancellation notice one day to three days in advance of your reservation.
• Your credit card will not be charged anything as long as you give cancellation notice four or more days in advance of your reservation.

Terms of Stay

No pets on premises.

No cooking in Guest Rooms. (Exception is in Aurora Suite, because there is a kitchen.)

Smoking outside only, in designated areas. All butts to be placed in "Outposts."

Quiet time from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. (for the sake of other guests).

Full payment for services rendered to be made upon arrival or prior to first meal.

Caution must be used when going up or down any stairs.

Approach horse and electric fence at YOUR OWN RISK, and absolutely no entering horse corral.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: May guests use the kitchen?
A: No. Please rent Aurora Suite if you need to use a kitchen, as it has a fully stocked, complete kitchen.

Q: Is there a refrigerator for guest use?
A: Yes, located downstairs near the coin-operated laundry.

Q: Is cooking allowed in the rooms?
A: Cooking is allowed in Aurora Suite only, which has a full kitchen. Absolutely no cooking appliances may be used in the guest rooms because of fire codes and because our insurance policy explicitly states that it is not allowed. Similarly, no candle burning, incense or smoking is allowed in rooms or Suites.

Q: Is there a coffee maker in guest rooms?
A: No, but coffee is brewed by 5:30 a.m. Also, we'll be happy to brew some for you up until 9 p.m. Just let us know. Hot tea is available in the guest dining area any time.

Q: What time is check in and check out?
A: Check in at 5 p.m., and check out is no later than 10 a.m.

Q: In the winter, when Bell in the Woods serves dinner, are wine and beer available?
A: We cannot sell alcohol, but you are welcome to bring your own.
